Who we are

Whether you or someone you know is dealing with life’s hurts, habits, or hang-ups, Sterling is an excellent resource for recovery and support. He is currently pastoring at Calvary Salem, offering help and healing to those in need. Sterling loves running, is always down for some good sushi, and his favorite coffee spot is Jaho. He's been married to his best friend for over a decade and has two amazing kids.

Kendra is the producer for Calvary Theater in Lynnfield, producing broadway style musicals for the North Shore area. She also works as a pastor at Calvary Salem and offers pastoral counseling to married couples and families. She is passionate about the arts, advocating for women and young people, and partnering with families. Kendra loves being by the ocean and enjoys sipping on some delicious chai tea. She's married to her best friend and has two precious kiddos.

Steven White
Steven is a pastor in the city of Salem and has over 10 years of pastoral experience in New England. He loves conversing about faith, worldviews, religion, and spiritualities of all kinds, and is passionate about helping every person discover why they exist. Steven has two graduate degrees specifically in inter-faith dialogue and global religions, so anything is on the table to discuss! A fan of the Boston Celtics, Patriots, and college sports of all kinds, even if you just want to shoot the breeze with someone, he’s down for that. Steven has a wife of eleven years and they are raising two young girls on the North Shore.


Tyler Burns
Tyler is currently pastoring a church in Salem and meeting the needs of the unhoused living there. Having worked for a church and in youth ministry for over a decade, Tyler's heart is for building genuine relationships with people and being a helping hand where needed. He has been married to his amazing wife for 6 years and they have been blessed with their first child. In his free time, you'll find Tyler watching football, playing golf, or in the kitchen cooking for family and friends.
Aaron Rios
Aaron Rios is a is a dynamic and multi-talented speaker, musician, podcaster, and author who has ministered internationally. He has been married to Sarah since 2005 and has 5 children, Astrid, Isabella, Giuliana, Adelina, and Karis. He attended Southeastern University in Lakeland, Fl. for his undergraduate and is currently working towards his MA at Northpoint Bible College, in Haverhill MA. Previously he has served as a Worship Pastor and Young Adult Pastor, and currently, he serves as the senior Pastor of Garden City Church, located in Beverly, MA. His ministry focus is helping others engage in their callings and encouraging believers to press on towards their cause for Christ.
